How quickly is my account setup?

Despite of the fact that our systems are capable of instant account activation we do not have this enabled, this is due to our fraud policy and the need to manually clear every order which means that all accounts are setup once verification has been completed, usually around 24 hours after you place the order.

How can I make payment?

We accept payment via our online order system using PayPal, Moneybookers, Western Union, bank transfers or any major credit card, we do have advanced fraud protection to limit potential fraud, this can take up to 24 hours for a payment to successfully go through to our account and initiate setup of your package.

Do I need to register a domain name?

For yearly payments, you will have a FREE domain name (use coupon FREEDOMAIN-12), for other payment periodes you will have the choice to register a domain name for 10 USD$ or use an existing domain name.

Yes, all packages come with a comprehensive service level agreement of 99.50% uptime guarantee

Which Tier 1 providers do you get bandwidth from?

We use a multihomed network to:

Our servers are all colocated in a major datacenter in Equinix Datacenter in Ashburn, VA.

Do your prices include EU VAT?

The prices stated do not include VAT. If your business is located in an EU country, it is your responsibility to assess and submit VAT to the appropriate authority.

Do I have to change my domain if I get a new host?

No, you can use your existing domain name, through the order process there is an option for this.
